Terms and Conditions | Four Flower Landscaping LLC

Review the website use, enquiry, quotation and service terms for Four Flower Landscaping LLC in Dubai, UAE.

Terms and ConditionsLast updated: 28 October 2026

1. Who we are and these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://fourflowerlandscape.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Four Flower Landscaping LLC (“Four Flower Landscaping,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a landscaping business whose published contact location is Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. A separate written quotation, work order or signed service agreement may contain additional terms for a particular project. If those terms conflict with these Website Terms, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.

2. Website information and enquiries

The Website describes landscaping and related services, including landscape design, plantscape design, poolscape design, outdoor lighting, waterfall and fountain installation, smart irrigation, grass installation, garden maintenance and swimming pool-related services. Descriptions are general information and do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of availability or final project specification.

Submitting a contact, appointment or project enquiry does not by itself create a contract, reserve a date, guarantee that we can undertake the work, or require us to provide a free service beyond any consultation we expressly confirm. We may contact you to clarify the project, arrange a site visit or prepare a proposal. Please provide accurate contact and project information and do not submit confidential or sensitive information through a general form.

3. Quotations, scope and changes

A quotation is based on the information available and any site inspection stated in it. It should identify the proposed work, materials or allowances, price, taxes if applicable, payment schedule, estimated timing, exclusions, validity period and any assumptions. A quotation becomes binding only when accepted in the manner stated in it and confirmed by us in writing.

Project conditions may change after inspection or commencement, including concealed utilities, soil or drainage conditions, access limitations, client-requested changes, supplier availability, or requirements imposed by a property manager or authority. We will explain material changes and any price or schedule impact and seek written approval before performing chargeable additional work, except where urgent action is reasonably necessary to protect people or property.

4. Client responsibilities and site access

You are responsible for giving us accurate information about the property, ownership or authority to request work, access arrangements, relevant community rules, known underground services and any existing defects that could affect the project. You must obtain any owner, landlord, community, master developer or other consent that is your responsibility, unless the written project agreement expressly assigns that task to us.

You must provide safe and timely access to the site, utilities or facilities needed for agreed work, and identify any access restrictions. You should secure pets, valuables and items that could be affected by construction. We may pause work if access is unsafe or required permissions are missing. Any resulting schedule or cost consequences will be handled under the project agreement.

5. Approvals, technical work and third parties

Permit, approval, inspection and technical requirements vary by property, community and project. Unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise, we do not represent that a website description is legal, engineering, architectural, electrical, pool-safety or permitting advice. You and we should confirm in writing who is responsible for each drawing, application, fee, approval, inspection and specialist trade before work begins.

Some work may require independent consultants, licensed contractors, suppliers, utility providers or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and warranties. We will describe any third-party role relevant to our proposal. We are not responsible for an independent provider’s acts or omissions except to the extent applicable law or a written agreement makes us responsible.

6. Price, payment and cancellation

Prices, deposits, milestone payments, taxes, payment methods, late-payment consequences and cancellation terms are those stated in the applicable quotation or signed agreement. Do not rely on an informal website statement as a price commitment. Contact us promptly if an invoice appears incorrect.

If you need to postpone or cancel a site visit or project, notify us in writing as soon as possible. The applicable agreement will govern refunds, committed material costs, work already completed, cancellation charges and rescheduling. If no project-specific cancellation term has been agreed, the parties should discuss a reasonable resolution consistent with applicable UAE law.

7. Workmanship, materials and handover

We will perform accepted work with reasonable care and in accordance with the agreed written scope. Natural materials, living plants, grass, water features and outdoor finishes can vary in colour, growth, texture and performance because of climate, site conditions, use and maintenance. Images and samples are illustrative unless a specific specification is included in the agreement.

The written agreement controls any workmanship warranty, product warranty, maintenance plan, inspection or defect-reporting period. Do not assume a warranty or continuing maintenance service unless it is stated in writing. You are responsible for following operation and care instructions supplied at handover and promptly reporting a problem that may relate to our work.

8. Website intellectual property and acceptable use

Unless stated otherwise, Website text, design, branding, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Four Flower Landscaping and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Website materials without prior written permission, except where the law permits.

You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest personal information, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the Website in a way that infringes another person’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users or our business.

9. External links, availability and liability

The Website may contain links to third-party services. We provide these links for convenience and do not control or endorse every third-party service or its content. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy notice.

We aim to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, current or free from harmful components. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided for general information without a warranty that it is suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law and changes

These Website Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without affecting mandatory consumer protections or rules that apply to you. Subject to mandatory law, the competent courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms. A project agreement may set out additional dispute-resolution terms.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Website and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Website Terms. Material project terms change only as permitted by the relevant project agreement and applicable law.

11. Contact
